Velocity Chapters 43-45

     Ivy, one of Billy's coworkers, believed that she could look at the dead and receive an omen from the corpses.  Billy took the photograph to her house to ask her what she thought of it.  Ivy welcomed him into her home and told Billy that the dead preying mantis was her picture that she carries around with her.  She said that she had been in to visit Barbara because she was grateful of how Barbara had taken care of her mother as she was dying.  Billy talked to Ivy for a while and eventually revealed that he had killed his mother and father at the age of fourteen.  Ivy told Billy that she knew about it and asked him to leave.
