Velocity chapters 15-17

     Soon after reading the note that was left on Billy's steering wheel, the driver side window where he was sitting was shattered.  A hand grabbed his hair and twisted his head down, hitting it on the window sill.  The killer sprayed anesthetic in his face, and he fell into a sleep.  Billy woke up on the ground near his vehicle.  He got into the vehicle and looked in the mirror.  There were three fish hooks that the killer put through his forehead.  He drove home and got wire cutters from his garage and began to remove the fish hooks. He went to bed and when he woke up, the blinds were open and the door was unlocked.  There was a fourth note on the fridge.  Billy chose not to read it yet and continued with his morning routine.
